1. Assuring the correct and timely execution of the operational activities on the supervised systems
2. Developing procedures and work instructions and actively attend to the audits regarding the supervised systems
3. Provide to the business representatives the relevant information about the capacities and performance of the managed applications, needed to define new commercial campaigns and services identifying solutions for improving end-to-end processes sustained by the supervised systems
4. Involvement in the projects regarding the supervised systems and assuring safely and timely the deployment in production of the new functionalities.
